Company Introduction

IKU Feedmill Sdn Bhd 每 short for "I Care U" 每 was established in 2013 in Port Klang, Selangor, with a strong commitment to providing high-quality, nutritious pet food. Specializing in the manufacture of both dry and wet pet food, the company aims to promote the health and well-being of pets through carefully developed, safe, and balanced nutrition.

Rooted in the belief that caring for pets is just as important as caring for family, IKU*s name reflects its mission: ※I Care U§. Our vision is to become the leading pet food manufacturer and supplier in Malaysia and overseas.

IKU primarily serves customers across Malaysia, supplying a wide network of retailers. In line with its long-term growth strategy, we target to expand its market by exporting products to international markets, establishing itself as a competitive global player in the pet food industry by promising the quality of our products, the best price, and understanding the specific needs of our customers.

In 2019, IKU took a significant step forward by developing its own in-house brands: I-Recipe, Sunlike, Wawa, Miku, and Myza. Despite the challenges brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic, ongoing environmental changes, and a significant rise in production costs, IKU has remained to continue operations without compromise on quality or safety, reinforcing its commitment to its mission.

In response to increasing demand and evolving market expectations, IKU applied for ISO 9001:2015 certification in 2024 to align its production with internationally recognized Quality Management System (QMS) standards. This step reinforces the company*s commitment to consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement in its operations.

Looking ahead, the company plans to begin manufacturing wet pet food by the end of 2026, marking a major milestone in expanding its product range. The wet food line, set for development beginning in 2025, will enhance product variety and allow IKU to better compete in both local and international markets.
